Today, the seminar “Introduction of technologies to support food waste reduction and by-product treatment in food production and processing” took place at Kim Do Hotel with the participation of the Ambassador of Denmark. Circuit in Vietnam, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Research Institutes, Associations and companies in the South.

Here, Danish businesses shared technologies on aquaculture, rice processing as well as cold preservation technology and received great attention from Vietnamese businesses to acquire new technologies. Advanced technology helps to achieve efficiency in both production as well as reduce waste.
