CRED hiện đang thực hiện dự án: “Sợi chuối – Cơ hội kinh tế – Giải pháp cho môi trường” với sự hỗ trợ kinh phí từ Bộ hợp tác Kinh tế và Phát triển Liên Bang Đức và tổ chức Helvetas Đức. CRED sẽ hỗ trợ tài chính cho 3 Hợp tác xã tại 3 tỉnh Lào Cai, Sơn La, Phú Thọ để các HTX này ứng dụng công nghệ để sản xuất sợi chuối, hàng thủ công mỹ nghệ, phân vi sinh từ thân cây chuối đã thu hoạch quả xong. CRED cần tuyển chuyên gia tư vấn giảng viên khóa đào tạo kỹ thuật đan lát hàng thủ công mỹ nghệ từ sợi chuối cho các HTX và người dân vùng dự án.
CRED is currently implementing the project: “Banana yarn – Economic opportunity – Solution for the environment” with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the German organization Helvetas. CRED will provide financial support to 3 cooperatives in 3 provinces of Lao Cai, Son La, and Phu Tho so that these cooperatives can apply technology to produce banana fibers, handicrafts, and bio-fertilizers from banana stems. the fruit is harvested. CRED needs to recruit a consultant for training course on techniques of knitting handicrafts from banana fibers for cooperatives and people in the project area.
1. Nhiệm vụ cụ thể của tư vấn/ Specific duties:
- Tư vấn thực hiện 3 lớp tập huấn kỹ thuật bện sợi mỗi lớp 5 ngày cho 60 nông dân chủ yếu là phụ nữ dân tộc thiểu số, mỗi lớp 20 người tại 3 HTX sợi chuối ở Tam Nông Phú Thọ, Bảo Thắng Lào Cai, Mường La Sơn La
- Conducting 3 training classes on braiding techniques, 5 day per class ( total 60 farmers), mainly ethnic minority women, with 20 people per class at at 3 banana fiber cooperatives in Tam Nong Phu Tho, Bao Thang Lao Cai, Muong La Son La

Thời gian: Dự kiến bắt đầu từ ngày 14/4/2023 đến ngày 28/4/2023.

3. Kết quả đầu ra dự kiến: Outputs:
- Sau lớp tập huấn 100% học viên thực hành thành thạo kỹ thuật đan lát hàng thủ công mỹ nghệ từ sợi chuối/ After the training course, 100% of students practice proficiently the technique of knitting handicrafts from banana fiber
- Báo cáo kết quả tập huấn/ Report after training
- Chụp ảnh và quay video toàn cảnh lớp tập huấn/ Take photos and videos of training class
4. Yêu cầu chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm:/ Professional requirements and experience
- Có bằng cấp từ đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành xã hội học hoặc dệt may/ Have a university degree or higher majoring in sociology or textiles .Có kiến thức hiểu biết về sợi chuối bao gồm cả tuốt sợi, bện sợi, đan lát thủ công mỹ nghệ từ sợi chuối/ Having knowledge about banana fiber including spinning, braiding, knitting handicrafts from banana fiber.
- Có kỹ năng tập huấn hướng dẫn đào tạo cho nông dân đặc biệt là người lớn tuổi và phụ nữ dân tộc thiểu số/ Having training skills to guide and train farmers, especially the elderly and ethnic minority women.
