Biotrade has been introduced and implemented in Vietnam since early 2010 and in Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia since 2020. The Swiss government, through the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), has provided funding to support companies in the natural ingredients sector to produce sustainable products and export to global markets according to international standards. Biotrade is home to a community of companies exporting from Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia and importing from Europe, USA, Japan, etc. These companies are committed to sustainability and biodiversity, prioritizing the values of society, environment and people in their trading practices.
In order to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Business Support Organizations (BSOs) to promote their products in international markets and improve their capacity to participate in trade fairs, BioTrade is looking for a service provider to design and build the BioTrade Pavilion at Thaifex 2024:
