CRED is now implementing the project “Contribution to improved living conditions of banana producers and environmental protection in the North of Vietnam” funded by the Germany Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through Helvetas Intercooperation gGmbH. The Project supported to three cooperatives in the provinces of Lao Cai, Son La, and Phu Tho to use technology to product banana fiber, handicrafts, and bio-fertilizers from banana trunks after harvested.
