What We Do

CRED has been implementing many projects which are funded by International donors. With the experience in managing project and the staff who are experts in several fields, program and project management is one of the excellent services that CRED provides.

CRED’ staff are leading experts in several value chains and markets including the sustainable production and processing of tea, cacao and natural ingredients through their support to certification and sustainable production practices both in Vietnam and the Mekong region.

CRED provides technical assistance in the forms of technical advice and training including both generic as well as technical capacity development products. Our services include Diagnosis and market research, Pro poor Value Chain Development, Public Private Partnerships, etc.

Built on the operations of the two platforms BioTrade and Vietnam Responsible Tourism which are legal entities coordinated by the respective project teams at HELVETAS/CRED’s office. Companies, community groups are core members of the platforms and form the knowledge networks.
